K-Mark Industrial Limited was officially established on April 29, 1981. At that time, it primarily started its Electronic Modules business here in Hong Kong with both office and production lines under one roof.

In line with the business trend, K-Mark moves its production portion to a 200,000 sq. ft. factory in Guanlan Town, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, China in 1987 with Head Office still in HK as controlling unit.

For over 20 years development in the electronic industry, K-Mark has been widely engaged in the manufacturing of Educational Toys, LCD games, Plug & Play TV games, Microscopes, Sport Cameras, Mini Cameras...as well as OEM / ODM business.
