概述

EUP7961是一款可以输出1A电流的超低压差线性稳压器，外接很少的元件就能稳定地输出低电压和大电流。它具有高精度、超低压差、低静态电流的特点。
EUP7961在输入电压2.5V至5.5V范围内工作，输入输出元件分别仅需要1湩和4.7湩陶瓷电容，可以输出1A电流。高带宽的环路提供了优异的瞬态响应特性。它是专门设计用于需要低压大电流的数字电路电源（如PLD、DSP、微控制器等）。
这款器件还包括了过温保护、过流限制、逻辑控制关断、输出低于标准值10％的故障指示等特点。固定输出电压分别有1.5V、1.8V、2.5V、3.3V可供选择，也提供输出电压可调的版本，它的参考电压值是0.8V，可设置的输出电压范围是0.8V至4.5V。

EUP7961-1A Ultra Low-Dropout Linear Regulator 

Description
The EUP7961 is a 1A low-dropout linear regulator that provides a low voltage, high current output with
minimum external components. The features include precision output voltage, ultra-low dropout voltage,
and low ground current.
The EUP7961 operates from an input of 2.5V to 5.5V. This regulator uses a 1µF ceramic input capacitors and a 4.7µF ceramic output capacitor to deliver 1A output current. High bandwidth provides excellent transient response. It is designed to power digital circuits requiring low voltage with high currents (i.e., PLDs, DSPs, microcontrollers, etc.).
Other features include thermal and current limit protection, a logic-control shutdown mode and an error
flag output that goes low when the output voltage drops 10% below the nominal value.
It is available in fixed output voltages of 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V or adjustable output voltage with a 0.8V
feedback voltage. The adjustable output voltage can be set from 0.8V to 4.5V.
