DESCRIPTION
The SPN8638 is the N-Channel logic enhancement modepower field effect transistors are produced using high celldensity, DMOS trench technology.
The SPN8638 has beendesigned specifically to improve the overall efficiency ofDC/DC converters using either synchronous orconventional switching PWM controllers. It has beenoptimized for low gate charge, lowRDS(ON)and fastswitching speed.
