FP7155-3A Step Up LED Driver with Internal Switch(Buck-Boost升降压)
General Description The FP7155 is a current mode step up converter. It can driving single or multiple series connected LEDs with a 3A power switch. With 380KHz operating frequency, the external PWM components can all be small. The FP7155 include a high-side output current sensing circuit, which use an external resistor to set the LED’s current. Output current can also be adjusted by apply an external signal to the ‘ADJ’ pin. The ADJ pin will accept either a DC voltage or a PWM waveform to do dimming control. The PWM filter components are contained within the chip. Applying a voltage under 0.2V to the ADJ pin will turn off the output. The device is assembled in a SOP-8L package.
