FP6188-2A,340Khz,SOP-8同步降压IC,完全替代MP1482(MPS)及RT8284(Richtek)

FP6188-2A,23V,340kHz,同步整流降压IC,与MP1482是PIN-TO-PIN。

FP6188特点如下描述：
  1、FP6188输出电容可以只使用陶瓷电容，整个电路只需要一个输入电解电容。
  2、FP6188待机电流1mA(MP1482:1.3mA典型值),关断电流1uA。
  3、FP6188效率比较高:93%，内部导通电阻只有130毫欧。
  4、FP6188具有使能端，可以进行关断，同时具有过电流保护。
  5、FP6188外围电路相对简单，只需使用10uH的电感，相对体积小。
  6、FP6188在低负载时，效率比较高，功耗比较低。优于MP1482。
  7、FP6188耐压可以到23V，MP1482耐压只有18V。
  8、FP6188和MP1482两个IC反馈电压一样，都是Vfb=0.923V。
  9、FP6188和MP1482封装均为SOP-8。

The FP6188 is a synchronous buck regulator with integrated two 0.13 power MOSFETs. It achieves 2A continuous output current over a wide input supply range with excellent load and line regulation. Current mode operation provides fast transient response and eases loop stabilization. The device includes cycle-by-cycle current limiting and thermal shutdown protection. The regulator only consumes 1A supply current in shutdown mode. The FP6188 requires a minimum number of readily available external components to complete a 2A buck regulator solution
