AX3901-18V/2A High Efficiency Synchronous Rectified Step-Down DC/DC Converter DataSheet

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
    The AX3901 is a high efficiency synchronous step-down DC/DC converterseries
with 2A continuous output current supplied. A built-in Under Voltage Lockout (UVLO)
circuit is provided to preventstart-up until the input voltage reaches to 4.5V.
In addition, it featuresover-current protection and thermal shutdown.
To improve the light loadefficiency, it is designed as the power saving mode (PSM)
to minimize the switching loss by reducing the switching frequency.
    The AX3901 is available in SOT-23-6L package
